    Looks like he had positive results with the alli pill! I would really suggest NOT eating fried food! There is a recommended amount of fat per meal that alli advises while you are taking their pill. I bet if you follow the recommendations you might get really great results! BTW: 4lbs in 2 days is not too much depending on how you are losing it! I have heard that 1-2 pounds per week is the safe amount to lose; but some doctors will tell you as long as you are not doing starvation diets, it’s perfectly fine to lose more. If you are eating 3 balanced meals each day and the alli pill is naturally helping you get rid of fat, it’s probably a better diet then the maple syrup diet or something like that.
